Perishable Nature of Our Products

Due to the perishable and small-batch nature of our chocolates, all sales are considered final.

Each box is produced in small batches and packaged with care to preserve freshness and integrity.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

Delivery & Storage Responsibility

Once an order is confirmed delivered:

  • Essence de Bonbon is not responsible for exposure to heat, improper storage, or delayed retrieval.
  • Our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
  • Storage instructions are provided with each order.

Local Delivery

For hand-delivered orders within our service radius:

  • Delivery is considered complete once the package is successfully delivered to the provided address.
  • If a recipient is unavailable, delivery may be completed in a shaded location at the address unless otherwise instructed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins promptly after purchase, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
